- Q: Where is my Login Page?
- A: Your Login Page has a unique address that starts with your account name. As a sample it will look like this. youraccountname.mball.net. You do not use www or http:// Your account name was sent in your original email, if you have lost it please EMAIL SUPPORT
- Q: How do I report Abuse?
- A: Please email ABUSE and we will stop all messages to your phone. Also you can reply with the word STOP to any message from us and it will remove your number from that list.
- Q: I cannot login in to My Account.
- A: Make sure you match exactly what your received in your first email from us but if you have tried everything, email SUPPORT and we will help find the problem or reset your account.
- Q: I need to change my password.
- A: You can do this any time by going to the "Manage Users" section on your account.
- Q: My Java Script is not working.
- A: For each campaign there is a link under the Java section, when you click the link that says "Can't use JavaScript? (Myspace, etc)" it will open a text box with non-Java script for your use.
- Q: How can I download my statistics?
- A: In your control panel there is a tab called "Deliveries". Here you will find a link that will askto download a CSV file that shows all the messages and numbers in your account. You can also download just the mobile numbers in any campaign by clicking the link in the numbers section.
- Q: My Messages are not being delivered.
- A: Make sure the mobile number and mobile carrier is correct. Also in some instances the mobile gateways have traffic that stalls a message. Please contact us if this problem seems to persist. support@mball.net
- Q: My page links do not work.
- A: When a link is created it is ready to be put I your existing code from your website. We only seeproblems when a user has tried to alter the code
- Q: I need to import a list of mobile numbers.
- A: If you have an Excel/CSV file list of mobile numbers and the carriers for each separate number, we are happy to import them into a campaign. Please email us the excel file with mobile numbers and carriers, tell us your account name and give us the name of the campaign. Within 24 hours we will import them into your campaign.
- Q: I want to change/upgrade My Account.
- A: Please email us your desire and account name and we will contact you with all the details.
- Q: I have an idea for a service not included in MessageBall.
